Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior and exterior painting per company SOPs

• Lead day-to-day jobsite production and quality

• Direct painters and apprentices on prep, application, and cleanup

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

• Monitor progress against schedule and flag issues early

• Take required jobsite photos and documentation

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years professional painting experience

• Strong interior and exterior skill set

• Clean cut-in ability and consistent finishes

• Prior crew leadership or lead experience

• Fluent English speaking and comprehension required

• Ability to work on ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work full days

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Roll walls and ceilings under supervision

• Sand, clean, mask, and repair surfaces

• Spray primers and finishes using professional equipment

• Manage dry times, curing, and finish consistency

• Inspect work and correct defects before reinstallation

• Maintain clean spray and prep environments

• Follow cabinet-specific SOPs and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years cabinet or fine finishing experience

• Spray finishing experience required

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of coatings, primers, and finishes

• Ability to work in shop or controlled on-site environments
