The Crew Manager / Lead Painter leads painting crews on high-end residential interior and exterior projects, ensuring all work meets Full Circle Painting's exacting standards. This role requires expert-level painting skills, cabinet finishing experience, and a strong eye for detail. You will oversee crews, manage day-to-day operations on projects, and maintain the highest level of professionalism with both clients andteam members.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise painting crews on high-end residential interior and exterior projects

• Assign tasks, manage pacing, and ensure work meets the highest standards of quality

• Train, mentor, and elevate crew performance, emphasizing craftsmanship and attention to detail

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain professional, organized job sites

• Track crew hours, project progress, and return all paperwork to the Production Manager in a timely manner

• Execute interior painting for walls, trim, ceilings, and millwork with precision

• Perform exterior painting on siding, trim, doors, decks, and other surfaces with attention to fine detail

• Maintain clean, organized, and protected job sites to respect clients' homes

• Troubleshoot finishing challenges and deliver flawless results

• Always Represent Full Circle Painting professionally on high-end residential job sites

• Provide clients with clear, courteous updates and manage expectations proactively

• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, materials, and project progress

• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles

• Manage materials efficiently, ensuring no damage to high-end surfaces or finishes

• Report inventory needs and job-specific material requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Proven interior and exterior painting experience in high-end residential projects

• Experience supervising and leading painting crews

• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to read and follow detailed job specifications and color schedules

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication with clients and crew

• Knowledge of proper surface preparation, coatings, and specialty finishes

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

• Experience managing high-end residential projects with multiple rooms and complex finishes

• Cabinet finishing and millwork expertise a plus but not required

• Experience with specialty coatings, glazes, and custom finishes

• Familiarity with luxury materials and high-end cabinetry

• OSHA or safety training

• Ability to train and mentor team members to maintain high-quality standards

Compensation: 

• $25.00 - $35.00 an hour based on experience

We are seeking skilled and dependable painters to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing surfaces to the highest standards. Ideal candidates will be professional, have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.

• Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers. 

• Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for topcoats. 

• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. 

• Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply finishes. 

• Clean and maintain equipment and tools. 

• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met. 

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a professional painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of painting experience. 

• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment. 

• Ability to work as part of a team. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 

• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various conditions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
