Preparation for Your Exterior Painting
Thank you for choosing Full Circle Painting! To ensure smooth and successful exterior painting project, please complete the following tasks before the team arrives. Proper preparation helps us deliver the best results while keeping your property safe.
Before We Arrive
Make sure water is turned on
Remove all screens (except combo storm units), Let us know about damaged/missing weather stripping or known leaks.
Make sure all house doors, windows, and garage doors are securely closed
Unplug any appliances from exterior outlets, cover outlets
Remove fall or trip hazards, relocate items that are breakable, or you do not want to get wet
Move vehicles away from the house or park them on street
Relocate deck/patio furniture, decor, and movable plants
Trees, shrubs, and vines must be trimmed 2ft away from house
Remove all wall mounted décor, leave hardware in for any items that are being rehung after painting is completed
Remove any hardware for items that will be relocated or taken out after painting; we will patch those holes.
Turn off sprinklers for the duration of the project
Secure pets indoors; Please make sure the yard is free of pet waste before the project starts.
Reschedule lawn/landscaping services
Double check all windows/doors are fully closed.
If bees are visible, spray before our team arrives
