Next Steps in Getting my Exterior Estimate?

Exterior projects require careful evaluation and precise measurements to ensure accurate pricing and long-lasting results. Our process is designed to capture every detail before your proposal is prepared.

Pre-Estimate Project Walkthrough

Your first appointment is a Pre-Estimate Project Walkthrough completed by the owner or our production manager. You do NOT need to be home for this visit. Our team will text you the morning that this will be completed to let you know.

If you are home, we’ll briefly review scope details and answer any quick questions. If not, we will complete the walkthrough and follow up afterward to confirm project details.

During this visit we will:

  • Photograph all elevations and key areas

  • Take detailed notes on siding, trim, and surface conditions

  • Identify repairs, prep needs, and accessibility considerations

  • Perform a full 3D scan of your home

We use CompanyCam to document photos and notes, ensuring accurate records of your project.

We use Hover to create a detailed 3D rendering of your home. This allows us to precisely measure paintable surfaces and account for architectural details, height, and access requirements.

Scope Confirmation

If you are not on site when our team completes walkthrough we will give you a call to go over:

  • Areas to be painted, areas not being painted

  • Review repair or carpentry needs

  • Clarify products, color, and finish considerations

  • Answer any questions

This ensures your proposal reflects your exact goals.

Accurate Pricing Using Production Rates

We use production rate pricing instead of time-and-material estimates.

Your pricing is based on:

  • Measurements captured from the 3D scan

  • Preparation requirements

  • Surface condition and accessibility

  • Project complexity

  • Precise and transparent pricing

  • Eliminates guesswork

  • Reflects real-world production data

Proposal Review Appointment

Once your proposal is prepared, we’ll review it with you, explain the scope of work, and answer any questions so you feel fully informed and comfortable with next steps.
